I love the boots, and the position of the legs and feet, but the torso throws me off a bit. I think it might be a bit too stiff.

No prob. The arms come about halfway down your thigh just for reference, but I'm sure it'll be an easy fix for future pieces. Oh, to look at past work and see how many obvious mistakes I've made...
